    <content type="html">So Aidan and I went to the pass for some skiing today.  It went really well, I skied well and Aidan did great snowboarding.  He was able to ride the black diamond runs with me for the first time ever!  Very proud parent moment here.     <title>My Turkey Brine Recipe</title>

    <content type="html">Here is what I put into my turkey brine, please let me know if you can think of any changes to make it better:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Gallon Apple Cider&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Gallon of Broth&lt;br /&gt;3 - 4 Tablespoons of Rosemary&lt;br /&gt;3 - 4 Tablespoons of Sage&lt;br /&gt;3 - 4 Tablespoons of Lemon Thyme&lt;br /&gt;2 Tablespoons of Peppercorns&lt;br /&gt;2 bulbs of Garlic (coarsely chopped)&lt;br /&gt;2 Oranges (cut in wedges)&lt;br /&gt;2 Lemons (cut in wedges)&lt;br /&gt;2 Onions (cut in wedges)&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 Cups of Kosher Salt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix together in the container that the turkey will brine in, and add water til it covers the turkey. Let the turkey brine for 24 hours and then bag cook afterwards.</content>
