BioWelcome to my journal. I know not everyone has seen the show Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law, but the character Phil Ken Sebben is one who runs the law firm that Birdman works at in a very detached way. I use the name to remind me to be more engaged with others and not avoid allowing people into my life.
